"Is a beautiful 5-room hotel on the 1st floor of a building. The staff is magnificent. At first you might be shocked about the surrounding area, but you will soon realize it is very well located less than a hundred meters to the right you have the Duomo and if you walk to the left, you soon arrive at the Market where you can have a great lunch."
"I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule.
Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case.
When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There...
"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "
"Location is wonderful, it is right off the Market and the main road, so you have many shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
Renovation in the actual unit is very nice and clean and the decor is tasteful. However there was no hot water the whole time, and instructions to turn on boiler were not correct so we had to take cold showers the 5 days we were there.
Construction was drilling into the wall constantly so we couldn’t rest during the day. The hallways were dusty and filthy and we needed...
"We had such a lovely stay. Cleanliness was top tier and the room was extremely comfortable with lots of space and high ceilings. The host was very kind and we felt very welcome."

"Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel in Palermo is a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful historic churches. The rooms are large, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including made-to-order items that were fresh and delicious. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, there is free parking available nearby, and the staff did a wonderful job communicating clear directions and details to make it stress-free.
Between the great service, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Palermo!"
"Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è perfetta: il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e accanto all’hotel c’è un comodo parcheggio gratuito dove si trova facilmente posto.
La struttura è pulita e ben curata, lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e silenziosa, le camere spaziose e accoglienti. La colazione semplice ma buona."
"Every single one of the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and the decor was warm and inviting. We will come back next time in Palermo!"
"This hotel is a hidden gem! The breakfast is possibly one of the biggest (with the most variety) we’ve ever experienced. Conveniently located and close to the main attractions and streets! The staff were superb, so attentive."
"The reception staff were kind and professional at check in and gave us good recommendations for dining options in the hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty dinner in the main hotel restaurant where we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The meal was delicious.
