"Check-In was easy, and staff was very friendly. I needed a clothes iron immediately after getting to my room, and the front desk had one delivered within less than ten minutes. Located close to restaurants, shopping ,and the Palm Springs Convention center: which are all within walking distance."

"It was located in a nice area with great restraunts within walking distance. Also nice local shopping. The hotel was clean however the mattresses were not very comfortable. They may need to upgrade the mattresses to a more luxury type for better sleep."

"Staff was so friendly and accommodating, room was clean, close to a ton of good food options, beautiful grounds and pool was great."

"From the minute we walked in the lobby, Dawn greeted us and was so pleasant and informative. The whole hotel, inside and out was very clean. The pool area was awesome. There is a breakfast in the morning that is wonderful, with plenty of seating. We are so happy we found this hotel."
