Also the staff could have picked up trays and dishes sooner-!other guest left their used trays and dishes and the sat for a long time. The fist was very high for what has become an average mediocre hotel"

"The pool area was open for 14 hours a day, and thumping music played for all 14 hours! This is supposedly a resort, which we weren't aware of when we got our room."

"For a “resort” there was no poolside service, room service was limited. Had to repeatedly ask for our room to be stocked with towels, to, etc. Ran out of pool towels every day. Very disappointed."

"Great location, close to El Paseo and reasonable proximity to Palm Springs, the airport and Joshua Tree. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms equipped with a kitchen. Cons: $30/day parking, cleaning service did not refill shower amenities as requested."
