Never Again ☹️

Lever absolut KUN op til 1 Stjerne, som udelukkende skyldes beliggenhed! Sørgelig og skuffende oplevelse. Meget slidt og møg beskidt! Lamper fyldt med gammel støv! Toilettet lød som et fly toilet, når man tændte for vandhanen - og endnu værre, når man trak. Stod; “at hvis man puttede papir i toilettet”, og toilettet blev “ broken”, så skulle man selv erstatte det!?? Vi turde dernæst knap benytte det af samme årsag, da det var ved at stå af. Boede i rum nr. 1 ved siden af receptionen, hvor en Italiensk matrone sad privat og talte HØJLYDT med ejeren i timevis ved siden af vores dør fra tidlig morgenstunden, var ved at blive “ sindsyge”. Havde desuden bestilt 30 kvdm værelse og kunne knap komme rundt om sengen. Påtalte (også dette) for ejeren, som undskyldte med at sådanne værelser havde de ikke i Italien. Vi boede i byen i en uge og til samme pris pr. overnatning hos Rubens, som var klart det mindste værelse og dårligste standard

Il n'y avait personne à l'hôtel B&B à nôtre arrivee malgré le rdv pris par téléphone. Après 1,5h d'attente on a pu enfin rentrer puis aller garer la voiture à 800m de là.

Beautiful art work by host's mother decorates the walls. The host and staff were most kind and very solicitous of my needs. I was completely happy with my stay here. Next time I will stay longer. Catsnia is an amazing city.

Trotz 2facher Kontaktaufnahme zuvor keine Rückmeldung ob Parkplatz vorhanden, musste ich selbst erledigen. Falsche Info betr. Zeitpunkt des Frühstücks am Sonntag morgen. Zettelwust am Straßeneingang wen man wann wo anrufen soll, um reinzukommen. Straße wegen der Busse morgens sehr laut.

Doccia in compagnia... delle blatte.

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Pulizia della camera inesistente. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche, polvere in tutta la camera, cuscini con vistose macchie di saliva, il bagno in condizioni pietose, muffa ovunque, ma la cosa che più mi ha sconvolto sono state le blatte nella doccia, non sono neanche riuscita a lamentarmi con qualcuno in quanto non c’erano mai e se c’era qualcuno era Impegnato. La colazione non è con buffet ma nel bar sotto il b&b, il cornetto e cappuccino non erano buoni in più la ragazza era molto scortese. Al momento del check-out nessuno era presente abbiamo aspettato per un po’ ma poi ce ne siamo dovuti andare, abbiamo riposto le chiavi sul tavolo della holl e abbiamo lasciato il b&b. Unica nota positiva è la posizione, in pieno centro.

Muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones bien. La recepcionista nos llamó informando que si haciamos el check in después de las 19.30, habría un recargo de 10 euros, cuando en la confirmación de la reserva se indicaba que la hora final para hacer el check in eran las 20hs. A pesar de llegar antes de las 19.30, nos volvió a llamar para saber por donde estábamos. En el baño había una toalla usada y no había toallas de mano, al pedirlas nos trajo 2 (una de las cuales tenía manchas y un agujero del tamaño de una naranja), al reclamar nos dió una adecuada.

Tutto carino ma non ci tornerei.. poca disponibilità da parte di chi ci lavora.. all’arrivo stra stanca ho dovuto aspettare più di 40 min fuori con un valigione e dopo aver specificato sul sito l’orario di arrivo non trovo nessuno.. la pulizia ok.. la signora che ci lavora dentro si sforza ad essere  « carina ». Il giorno dopo per un errore mio chiesi se potevo lasciare la stanza non pretendo che mi dicano di sì ma come mi ha risposto con quel tono che non mi è piaciuto molto.. boh

Our main host Teresa was lovely and welcoming even when we arrived outside of the usual checkin hours. Overall the hotel is good value for money. The breakfast is something to be desired but at the price point it is fair!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette hôtel. Elle est à 15-20 minutes à pieds de la station de train et de la station de bus qui nous mènent vers l’Etna. Personnel féminin de l’établissement très accceuillant et serviable, personnel masculin un peu trop insistant auprès des femmes. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre.
