"Gentile" Sig. Caracozzo, la ringraziamo per averci inviato il suo feedback, sebbene abbia posto un punteggio davvero molto basso sulla base di informazioni non del tutto reali. Iniziamo con il dire e sottolineare che le foto delle nostre camere, dei bagni e degli spazi comuni dell'Albergo presenti sul portale Expedia, come del resto su Google e altri siti, sono del tutto veritiere, i vari giudizi degli ospiti precedenti ne sono una dimostrazione; Lei stesso ha prenotato tramite Expedia una "Camera Matrimoniale con accesso disabili", ciò significa che i servizi igienici sono stati adibiti all'uso di persone con difficoltà motorie, pertanto il bagno non presenta il bidet e il box doccia ma una doccia a filo pavimento. Magari attratto dal basso prezzo, 40,00€ in pieno agosto con prima colazione inclusa è davvero un affare, magari perché era l'ultima camera disponibile sul sito per quella sera avrà prenotato senza prestare accurata attenzione alla tipologia e ai servizi della stessa. La pulizia, così come la colazione, risultano essere apprezzate in particolar modo da tutti i nostri clienti, ci spiace che per lei non sia stato così! Infine, riguardo la posizione a giudicare da lei "buona", ci teniamo a precisare che l'Albergo è sito proprio su Via Etnea, la strada principale del centro, a soli 8 minuti dal Duomo e vicinissimo a diverse attrazioni della città, negozi, bar, ristoranti e trattorie. Sig. Caracozzo la invitiamo a riflettere su quanto da lei scritto e a verificare l'obiettività e la veridicità della sua valutazione poiché per noi è fortemente deludente! However, regarding the Breakfast at the moment we cannot provide a buffet breakfast into the property, reason why we tried to find an alternative solution in a famous cafeteria nearby the Hotel which offer an option including one italian breakfast's piece and one cafeteria's drink.
