Nice location for seeing central Catania. Parking is on the street and sometimes difficult to find. Paid street parking is much less expensive than paying a parking garage. Near to outdoor market. Plenty of close restaurants. BNB has a a washing machine and clothes line. Breakfast supplied. Excellent friendly staff. My room had a bathroom, small refrigerator, air conditioning.

The property itself is not dirty, but the surrounding area has presented sights you wouldn't want to come across, just piles of refuse on street corners, it can be shocking. The check-in experience was a bit messy - we followed the instructions and they didn't make sense, it was only after we sent a picture of the room asking why there was an extra mattress in the middle of it that the host/manager realised that the room in question was for a party of four and not for us. The biggest issue however was the bathroom. We booked a "room with a private bathroom" and it was a slap in the face when we realised we would have to use a shower and bathroom that were indeed private - as in under lock and key and used by no-one but ourselves - but NOT ensuite. They were on the other end of the building, down a long corridor that goes past several other rooms. In my humble opinion this should have been made a bit more prominent in the listing, "facilities private but NOT ensuite". The property is essentially one of those old apartments with cathedral ceilings divvied up into 6 or 7 rooms. It has a certain charm, and the location is very central and easy to reach, if you can look past the rubbish piles at street corners.

Wonderful location, great experience. After booking, I received an email, with details of the property. Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. Once inside, a note awaited me on the desk, along with a bathroom key, a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe, and a tourist map. A follow up message came through asking if I have found everything. Of course, grazie! Every step of the way had been outlined in the WhatsApp instructions. I was so impressed 👏 My room was a spacious corner one on the top floor, two balconies, old wooden shutters, high ceiling, overlooking the red charming buildings and bustling streets below. It was cozy and comfortable. I loved it. Great location, walking distance to everywhere. The cleaning lady and gentleman was very helpful. Helped me stored my bag after check out, and retrieved my before my bus. The only thing you need to know before booking is, the bathroom is not in the room, but it is dedicated bathroom for your room with key. It is not shared with other guests. Other than that, highly recommend to theirs.

When booking it said we had a private room with bathroom. We did not like the bathroom being separate to the room. The area as well was tough to find parking and was also near the rough part of town.

Beautiful clean room, with balcony. Staff was weird with passports - asking to send on WhatsApp and again asking at breakfast to take more pictures. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, a good budget hotel.

Siamo stati proprio bene in questo b&b. Centralissimo, a due passi dal centro, camera ampia ed accogliente con una bella vista sui tetti di Catania. La mattina trovate il mitico Orazio che vi prepara la colazione!

Ottima location e personale gentilissimo

La location è perfetta e strategica, vicinissimo al centro per muoversi comodamente a piedi e con ogni sorta di locale a portata di mano. Il personale è super gentile e disponibile, il signore che si è occupato di noi (mi pare si chiami Alfonso) è stato eccezionale. Avevamo la camera con bagno privato perciò è possibile prenotare questa se non si vuole condividere i servizi con altri. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bom custo benefício.

O check-in foi complicado porque o telefone de contato que está no site é de uma pessoa que não fala inglês e a comunicação foi bem difícil. O apartamento está super bem localizado para fazer todo centro histórico a pé. As instalações são bem limpas, mas foi muito inconveniente ter o banheiro fora do quarto, pois era bem distante do quarto. Não gostei desse sistema. A cozinha não é muito funcional se você quiser cozinhar. O colchão de molas foi desconfortável pra mim, pois toda vez que um de nós se mexia na cama o outro acordava com o balanço das molas. Ar condicionado funciona bem. O prédio tem elevador o que foi ótimo.

La entrada al alojamiento es un poco confusa, cuesta encontrarla, pero una vez dentro, el alojamiento está bien y el personal es muy atento. Tienes desayuno incluido y puedes utilizar la cocina. Está muy bien comunicado y cerca del centro, pero no es ruidoso. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Alessandro y su equipo son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.
