Catalina Island Trip

The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall we had a great stay! The staff truly made our trip memorable. Edward, our butler, went above and beyond for us. I got a bad sun rash, and he even went out of his way to get me hydrocortisone from another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have it. Dolores by the pool was amazing and caring she even rubbed aloe vera on my rash and felt like a mom away from home. Jose at the swim-up bar was quick, friendly, and always welcoming. Santos at Las Torres was always helpful getting my syrup for crepes nightly, Angel at The Nest made us feel comfortable, and Ramon at the sports bar made sure we could watch our Knicks games. Steven at TRS always had a golf cart ready, greeted us with a smile, and made us feel like family. Americo and Luis were also very kind and helpful. Eliaris at Behique was wonderful, but unfortunately Antonella was rude and unfriendly. The food had lots of great options. A downside was staff taking towels before 5 PM even with our belongings still on the chairs, which happened multiple times. Entertainment could also be improved, and golf cart wait times were often too long. Overall, the resort was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would most likely return and hope to see a few improvements!

The resort itself is great. The Bach was fantastic along with all their pools. One massive downside was the food was not that great. The staff was decent. With how massive the resort it bound to have good and bad staff. Not as family oriented as it may seem. You will have people there that are there to party but again. Massive resort wasn’t a problem for us and our child but just be aware.

We had a great stay at this resort. It was our first time in their country and we’re very glad we went with this resort. We stayed on the Palace side, and it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Staff was very good specially Juan carlos,rafael and Daniel in the pool area, thank you guys for taking good care of us.
