"Mi experiencia en el Hilton Garden Inn La Romana tuvo varios inconvenientes desde el inicio, relacionados principalmente con la habitación y algunos aspectos del servicio. Sin embargo, destaco el esfuerzo del equipo por compensar la situación. Finalmente, fuimos trasladados a una suite con vista al mar, lo cual mejoró considerablemente la experiencia. Quisiera hacer una mención especial a Bradelyn, quien fue la persona más atenta durante toda nuestra estadía y quien gestionó el cambio de habitación de manera eficiente. Agradezco la intención de resolver, aunque en general la experiencia no cumplió con mis expectativas."

"This is a beautiful property and resort. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The grounds are well groomed. It is a super clean resort. The staff is constantly keeping it tidy by raking the beach, squeegeeing the pool deck, or cleaning the bathrooms by the pool. The food was delicious and drinks were tasty. The entertainment staff was very fun with providing activities and laughs during the day. It was a great experience."

"I wanted to goce this property a better review. I really was impressed when we first arrived, although I paid extra to pick our room they ensured we got exactly the room I choose and even had a fruit tray and bottle of champage in the room for my birthday upon arrival and the fridge stocked with a variety of drinks. But there were dead bees all over the floor when we pulled the curtains back. Hair all over the shower and then the shower barley had any pressure. On our 2nd day, the toilet wouldn't stop running and there was water all over the bathroom floor which they fixed while we were out, no problem. But upon our return we noticed the AC was not working. I went down and imformed the desk they said someone had to be in the room for maintenance, odd since I didn't need to the first time, but ok so I waited and had to call the desk again. The tech was not friendly, and almsot rude. Then when he came back he said it was froze up and I needed to leave the AC off while it unfroze and accused me of having doors open. But he would be back in 10 mins or so. I waited almost 2hours until I had to leave for dinner, called the desk still no one came, so I went to the desk b4 leaving. When we returned that night we found they had locked our balcony doors like we did something wrong. And the overnight desk agent is probably the rudest i've met in the hotel business. I work in hotels and it was my first trip to DR. I was extremly disappointed. We decided to extend our stay else where."

"We had an amazing stay at this resort. We stayed for a week which in my opinion is perfect. I found all the food to be amazing, there is something for everyone to eat here. There is options for food almost 24 hours a day at this resort. All the bars and bartenders were awesome our entire stay. The à la carte restaurants were awesome especially the Italian restaurant. The room was bigger than expected for a junior suite and was very clean. The pool and beach were amazing. The beach doesn’t have the crystal clear water as in punta Cana so if you’re basing your trip off of that this may not be the resort for you. However, the beach is still very very nice. We spent half of our time here at the beach regardless. 24hr front desk service. Buffet times were 7-10:30am, 1-3pm , and 6:30-10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach restaurant buffet was is open from 10am-6pm. The late night snack shack open from 10:30pm -6am"

"The room was clean and spacious with many amenities in the King Connect like kitchen, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry but some things are odd or broken. Like the laundry didnt have water turned on then we discovered the hot water hose leaked. The shower panel leaked a lot of water on the floor. They didn't have backup toilet paper in the room so easy to run out. The restaurant on the roof has beautiful view but don't eat dinner there - slow and poor food. Drinks and breakfast are OK. Overall it was a good location and good deal for the price. "
