"Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."

"An excellent hotel big on service and nothing was ever too much trouble. Really central to the small village centre and also a walk into Fornoli was doable. Thank you for making our brief 3 night stay so enjoyable. Love your pool - just amazing and the breakfast was superb, thank you again. "

"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "

"We didn’t stay as it was disgracefully dirty and the owners didn’t care. Told us we hadn’t paid for a room with a view when we complained about looking out at brick wall and scaffolding. Said we could move rooms for additional €75 per night but this room was as bad as the first one. Advertised spa didn’t exist, Refused to refund us "
