"We were offered a free upgrade and the room was very good although the bathroom did require an upgrade. Not many facilities within the Hotel it needed a bar, the only bar was a beach bar opposite the hotel which was ok unless it wasn’t booked for private hire or closed due to bad weather (there was a bad storm when we were there). "We were so disappointed when learning that the hotel is located more than 3 miles from the seaside. On their advertisement, there are some pictures showing the beach and swimming pool. Fake images and incorrect description !!! We were obliged to stay as they refused to reimburse and it was too late in the evening. We want to be reimbursed. "
