"Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte.
Im Badezimmer war die Nutzung des Föhns nahezu lebensgefährlich: Das Kabel war beschädigt, die Isolierung teilweise offen, und der Stecker hing lose aus der Wand. Auch die Heizungen ließen sich nicht regulieren.

"Property was easy to find and quick to access. Room was clean on arrival and reasonably cool, with aircon, considering outside temperature was 30°+.
First morning we realised there was a very unpleasant smell in room and couldn't work out where it was coming from as didnt appear to be drains in bathroom. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly offering to have someone stop by. We decide just to buy air diffuser for room as only staying 2 nights, and needed to head out, so couldn't wait on someone coming. Smell worse when we returned in evening and seemed to be linked to air conditioning unit. Excessively hot in Bochum so we couldn't do without aircon so decided just to put up with it overnight as not possible to open window and still have aircon running.
I'm hoping the smell issue has been rectified by our next visit as room was great other than that issue.
The location was perfect for our needs and not noisy considering it's on the Ring Road. Plenty shops and restaurants around property.
Personally, I would have preferred a safe and fridge but, as only a short stay, room was sufficient. Coffee machine with a few pods and kettle with 4 different teas."
"The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There was no aircon and no kettle. My ensuite bathroom had a few problems: the sink was blocked, one shower door was off its rails so hard to open close, and the shower head attachment was loose. The biggest problem was the check in which was incredibly slow, and I think the member of staff could have handled it far better than he did. When I arrived there were three people at the desk who were obviously in the middle of a very long complicated transaction of some kind, and they were obviously on no hurry. It involved phoning people up and asking numerous things of the desk clerk. I was obviously impatient to check in, and I think he should and could have checked me in and then continued dealing with the other people, or he could have called over the other member of staff who was at the bar with no customers to serve. I had already paid and my check in would only take 30 seconds, and the other people were obviously in no hurry. I even asked whether I should come back later, as I find it incredibly frustrating to have to wait ten minutes for something that should be so quick, but for some reason he said no I had to wait. Altogether the check in experience was terrible."
"It’s a budget hotel, but it’s done well. Everything works as intended, I didn’t have to contact anyone during my entire stay, it was clean, minimalistic, and offered exactly what it should; a cheap and reliable place to stay. The whole process from check in to check out is handled remotely, there is no reception desk or staff physically on hand, but everything worked perfectly fine and I found it to be a seamless experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable and reliable place to stay for a few nights, also, there’s a good grocery store on the doorstep of the building."
