Fantastic stay again at Coco Palm, 3rd time here. The hotel is beautifully kept, the gardens, pool and surroundings are immaculate, the rooms are so well kept, the housekeeping was fantastic. The pool is my favourite ever, good for swimming but also has a big "shelf" to sit in shallow, warm water, awesome! Great sunbeds too. The restaurant is so well run, the staff so attentive (and fun) and the food is amazing. We were on the all inclusive package which was totally worth it. The bar is...

Wonderful. That staff in particular are incredibly helpful, fun, and go out of their way to make sure that everyone has a really great time. We met people that were on their 18th trip to Stolentime and I know why. This is small enough to be intimate and incredibly friendly yet still has all the facility and activities that you could want.

Solo woman travelling to St Lucia - amazing hotel, great breakfast, food in general and they have a fine dining restaurant that you can book as many times as you want and the menu changes every few days. Room was very clean and spacious - great views - staff were very friendly and warm. Would def rec this hotel - they have evening activities too - shows, karaoke.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel! This was our second visit, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The included spa treatments were absolutely relaxing, and we really enjoyed the variety of sports activities available. The water sports were so much fun, providing both excitement and adventure. The staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be...

Amazing. Room, hospitality, food, entertainment. Would go again in a heartbeat

Great location and beach. Near to Rodney Bay. Facilities, decor, and staff excellent. A great place to spend Christmas.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The food and drinks were plentiful. Regular shuttle bus to bay gardens beach spa hotel with a beautiful beach and water sports. I Cannot fault my stay.

Stayed for 9 nights in early May 2017. The hotel overlooks a gorgeous beach that is only a few feet away, though there is a nice pool available as well. Service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been better/friendlier. Right from the general manager Colin and his knowledge/recommendations to the cleaning staff and drivers. The only small issue was our air conditioner didn't work one evening but the staff quickly arranged an alternative villa for the night for us to sleep. Close to a...

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.

Harmony Suites is a small, quiet and intimate complex while still being close to Reduit Beach and all the restaurants and bars at Rodney Bay. It was our honeymoon so we stayed in one of their 8 Luxury Suites overlooking the marina. It was spacious and very clean and the fridge meant we could keep cold drinks and milk and yoghurt for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food at the Cockpit Bar very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was available from...

A really good value stay not far from Reduit beach and the marina area. Although budget end accommodations the owners had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We managed a self checkin as checkin desk was not manned until 6pm per advert, but we managed to get in touch via WhatsApp and sort everything out. The only thing for improvement would be the directions to the property as these were incorrect and lead us to an accommodation to the left of the mini roundabout and along the...

Overall, we had a great time here. The staff are wonderful, very caring and will do anything to make your stay the best that they can. The beach is very clean and the beach staff go out of their way to set up sun beds and parasols - don't see that in many places! The water-park attached to the hotel is unique in that it's set up in the sea. The BBQ's that the hotel sets up are amazing and very well cooked food and variety. The only improvement they could make is a variety in the standard...

Staff are friendly. After seeing a few reviews about staff not being friendly I wasn’t going to go. But I spoke with 3 people who have been before and insured me that it was all rubbish. And I must say, those complaining about the staff are lost definitely grumpy negative people. The staff are WONDERFUL! Helpful and ever so bubbly. Will be staying at this hotel again when I travel around the Caribbeans. Look forward to visiting again. My wife and 2 Children (6 and 9 years old boys) had...

Incredible views from the balcony, also really helpful staff when it came to reservations and transport into town. The rooms were also so nice, and very clean

A wonderful stay at the Marigold Palms! Ann was lovely and helpful, giving us advice on places to visit while there. The view from the spotlessly clean room over the bay is fantastic. The hotel is above the bay, walkable up from the bay seafront. There’s a good restaurant opposite the hotel if it rains and you don’t fancy the walk. Would recommend!

Very friendly front desk lady Onika, look after my cousin who landed several hours before us. She was very attentive to all our requests and need, extremely friendly staff, and great shuttle service between the restort locations and town. Our all inclusive mean we could eat and drink at each location, and also included massages too!

In quite a beautiful location and tucked away down a very bumpy and rutted track which deters non-residents, this was an ideal hideaway for a quiet vacation. Very friendly welcome, individual villas with both air-conditioning and four-poster beds with mosquito nets (and the pleasant quirkiness of a shower in an outdoor courtyard), we felt immediately at home. We loved it.

We come here to unwind and relax. The view from the luxe lodge of the Pitons is simply wonderful, we literally watch it for hours. The hotel is smart but informal, there are no pretensions here, this is understated luxury, 5 star done well. The luxe lodge is bright and airy, very comfortable bed, two loungers, small fridge, tea and coffee making. The bathroom is huge with twins sinks and a very large open-to-the-air drench shower. The staff are to "a man" very friendly, always a cheery greeting...
