"Fabulous choice of food and quality. Attentive staff that we helpful and friendly giving excellent customer experience. Beautiful relaxed resort. All sport sand activities are included within the resort. Rooms extremely clean and well maintained. Amazing holiday and loved St Lucia"
"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the premium rate of approximately $700 per night.
First, I was initially assigned Room 107, a one-bedroom villa that did not match the deluxe room I had reserved and paid for. The accommodations were outdated and did not reflect the quality or standard associated with a “deluxe” room. This was both disappointing and unacceptable given the cost.
After raising this issue, I was relocated to Room 105B. While I appreciated the effort to move us, this room presented a new and ongoing problem: a persistent bug infestation. Despite notifying staff multiple times and having the room sprayed daily, the issue was never fully resolved. On one occasion, I encountered and killed a large roach, which I have photographic evidence of. This situation was extremely distressing and disruptive, making it impossible to enjoy my stay.
Additionally, the constant need to report issues and coordinate room treatments significantly interrupted my vacation. I ultimately remained in the room based on repeated assurances from staff that the problem had been addressed, which unfortunately proved not to be the case.
At the conclusion of my stay, I was offered a $150 credit as compensation. Given the severity and persistence of the issues, as well as the amount I paid, I find this offer to be inadequate and not reflective of the experienc"
Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Just spent a week at the resort with our 9 year old. The property is beautiful and very organized. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. There were always good food options available whether it was one of the restaurants or at the buffet. Would highly recommend to other families. "
"It was worth every dime spent. From checking in to checking out. Big shout out to Chris, Tonya, Kimberlyne from the front desk. The staff from housekeeping was very friendly and professional. Will be back for sure. "
"Food was excellent at Coconut Bay Beach Resort! So many choices and all of them were good. Pools were clean and many to choose from and there was always something for entertainment in the evening. Some seaweed in front of the resort but down to the left of the main part of resort at Paradise Beach there was minimal seaweed. Very close to the airport and close to many excursions. Great place to stay!"
"This is my 3 rd time choosing bay garden and it’s a lovely place on a budget quick trip. They have started renovation and upgraded the lobby which is very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the gym offering and my room housekeeping but the staff and food were top tier as usual."
