"We had booked a deluxe room but were downgraded on arrival due to lack of availability. We ended up in a handicap accessible room with no view. The hotel discounted our rate and comped us a cocktail in the bar which was nice but given we travelled from the US and it was a once in a lifetime trip and we had booked the hotel 6 months ago, it was a little disappointing. The hotel is very charming and in the center of town. We enjoyed a drink on the patio out front. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good."
