"Other reviews were not flattering but this is a 97 year old building. Stairs creak, the wood exterior is weathered. With that being said the bathrooms were clean, furniture matched old style era. Coffee and snacks in the lobby was an excellent treat.
Old western style balcony access from the rooms upstairs. This is not a new property with newer style rooms so don’t expect it but for a good comfortable night to sleep and simple amenities it is great.
Staff helpful and friendly
I would stay again"
"Property clean. Generally friendly staff.
The lady who manages breakfast area was super nice. Even if we asked for couple items after breakfast closed, she provided them. Very kind to talk to.
We booked for two nights, but the weird thing is that our room keys expired after first night. We had to reactivate. Also on the second day we requested for 30 more minutes to checkout which the front desk ok’ed. But the power was disconnected around checkout time! Weird.
One of the better Hotels for crater lake visitors if Crater Lake lodge is sold out."
"Property was clean and extremely nice. Host had air fryer, waffle maker, pressure cooker and crock pot if needed. Had microwave popcorns and waffle mix as well as coffee, tea, hot cocoa available. Place was really nice and would highly recommend."
