"Beautiful boutique hotel, we stayed 7 nights and had one of the suites on the top floor. Plenty big room, modern bathroom and a very large terrace. The staff was awesome."
"A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town!
A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. There were pegs but nothing to hang the washing on and there was no broom to sweep the floor, just a small dustpan and brush!

"It was unclear in the instructions how to get the keys to the apartment. It is at a different address and the address on expedia was not correct. There is no parking.
The space was big enough and in a good location. 2 minutes to get to the beach and boardwalk. All around is a pedestrian area filled with cafes. Great location.
My biggest issue with the apartment was that the drain in the shower didn’t work correctly. When you had a shower the bottom just filled up with drain water over your...

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...
"We had a fabulous stay here. Martin and Viktoria are wonderful hosts and have created a true oasis just minutes from the beach and Estepona. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was wonderful. Book it now!"

"Excellent location, and super clean. Staff are really friendly, with excellent communication before and during. The extras are a nice touch and appreciated. Maybe some ice trays in the freezer, and a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer. I personally thought the matress wasn't very comfortable, but that's just me. I hope to go back. "

My biggest issue with the apartment was that the drain in the shower didn’t work correctly. When you had a shower the bottom just filled up with drain water over your feet which was gross. We had to stop the water, soap up while it drained, then turn the water back on or it would have flooded over the tiny shower ledge. "
"Staying at Las Brisas exceeded all expectations, a very well kept building which is easy to find. It's a street away from the beach, has a wide variety of restaurants and bars around and pretty much everything is walking distance. The owners and crew are more than nice and available with recommendations and making sure the guests are fine.
Will definitely be back and I highly recommend booking your stay here!"
