Really helpful service and perfect location.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The renovation of the farm buildings is exceptional, really lovely. Well appointed, great size, spotlessly clean and lovely linen and towels. The location is great and we found lots of local amenities which was just perfect. Sabrina was very helpful and always around if needed. Superb host. We loved our stay!

This is a beautiful property. I stayed here for three nights with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. The staff in particular were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do any more for us with highly recommend staying here. The food in the restaurant is also very good and we ate here on two evenings. It’s a gorgeous setting with Sunset views on the terrace.

Beautiful property in the an incredible part of Umbria. Highly recommended.

Great little hotle in the heart of town, the owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally suited for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Close to Perugia, Cortona and Pienza as well as other delightful Italian hilltop villages. The hotel is located in the centre of Castiglion del Lago, which overlooks Lake Tresimino. The views from the town are stunning. Hotel highly recommended. Close to lots of restaurants.

Very comfortable and convenient for our purpose, an easy walk to the yacht club. We were made very welcome and the staff were very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights in June 2026. Beautiful place with garden and private parking and outdoor terrace - all you can need in quite spacious studio condo. Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

Flawless stay, absolutely stunning hotel and grounds, matched by wonderful attention from every member of the team who made our stay completely memorable. Room exceeded our expectations- spacious, cool and very comfortable, beautifully designed with gorgeous bed. We loved the breakfast options- hot and cold choices, including many homemade options which were delicious. Amazing location, very accommodating, clean and good breakfast

What a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious clean and extremely well presented. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious and facilities great too. I loved the personal touches like the biscuits and water in the room with a note on arrival and also on the last day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! :-)

The location is stunning, the building/room are well renovated, and the service was impeccable. They catered to gluten-free for breakfast, and the caprese salad we had one evening was delicious. We appreciated the use of local produce. Thank you for our stay, we wished it was longer!
