"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"Beautiful historic building with lovely beach club. It is an old property so expected some of the wear and tear in the room. Decent amenities in the room- not 5 star but had what I needed. Staff is friendly and professional. Particularly enjoyed the beach club- who appeared for breakfast on a rainy day. Included breakfast was top. Definitely get a sea view balcony room. That makes all the difference."

For the price, can probably find a better hotel within walking distance(0.5 miles), right on the water with 2 pools, water access, spa, more sun chairs, also breakfast included... but if that one is sold out, this is a great option."

"having been told aat the last minute our flight was cancelled this hotel was the first avaiable to put us up for an unexpected stay. this hotel was the closet available to Pisa airport and was 17 kilometers away. we were greeted and assissed to our room by a charming lady at reception and food and drink was provided in spite of the late hour. we hada problem with the air conditioning but this was resolved."

"We stayed in an apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was ina separate building, but right down the road. It was so nice to have the extra space. It had a washer, so we were able to wash some dirty clothing. We bought washer pods at the laundromat right down the hill. The breakfast was great and very appreciated. Our apartment patio did not have a view of the sea, but the patio right down the road where breakfast is served had a beautiful view of the sea and coastline."
