"Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was very well served. Very good for traveling as a couple! The only downsides were the lack of pool towels and the external lights and noise, especially from the automatic air conditioning at night."

"Gorgeous property, with a beautiful restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Extensive facilities. Would definitely recommend!"

"The staff was very friendly, and both the property and my room were clean. The location was convenient to the center of town, and street parking was easy to find. I especially appreciated the magazines in different languages provided in the room, as I love to read at night and had forgotten to bring my own. The bed was also very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep."

"A very old and tired hotel. Room had not been aired for a long time so smelled damp and musty - I had to open the window as soon as I entered the room. Old furniture, old and dilapidated bathroom / shower. Span and gym not available. Swimming pool available but costs €18 for a swim! I dont expect to pay as a guest of the hotel. Breakfast OK - coffee cold."

"Excellent setting, great location Enjoyed the valley and the wine Clean and elegant Personal, friendly staff We enjoyed it"

"excelent du debut a la fin"

"If I could rate it a million stars, I would! This is the perfect, peaceful quiet Portuguese experience. We stayed here because it was close to the wedding venue we were attending. "We loved this hotel. The photos don't do the view justice - it is truly incredible. The pool is so nice and the breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. Strong recommend."
