"Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate."

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"Conveniently located to the train station and bus service. We stayed here after our cruise ended in Ravenna while our flight was out of Bologna airport. We easily took a train from Ravenna Port to Bologna (short walk to the hotel). We stayed two nights and enjoyed the included breakfast buffet (hearty, healthy and plentiful options). Self-service laundry is FREE onsite and machines have built in detergent, you only need to reserve machines through their easy to use app which show the finish time so you don’t have to wait around. The pool is located on the ground floor (not rooftop as advertised). A well stocked weight room that’s open 24/7 was very useful. We caught a bus directly across the street, for a nominal fee to Piazza Maggiore (doing some site seeing and shopping). After our stay we conveniently caught the Marconi Expressway Monorail to the airpot (short walking distance from the hotel) that runs every 15 minutes or less. Rooms are modern and we found the room to be clean and well stocked with a coffee maker plus a mini bar for purchase if you’re so inclined. Overall a good value for the amenities available and convenient."

"Our stay was overall really great. The pool was lovely, there is a sauna but I didn’t get to use it. The breakfast had a nice selection and almost all of the staff were amazing and helpful. A special shout out to the lady that manages breakfast as she seems to remember everyone and makes an extra effort with all guests! The biggest detriment was the night manager on Sunday the 19th. I came downstairs and there was no one at reception so I wandered over to the restaurant to borrow a fork. I didn’t take it off any table that was already prepared but went to the cutlery pile. On the way back I saw the manager at reception and asked if it was ok that I borrowed the fork to show I wasn’t hiding anything or stealing anything and he was patronising and rude over a fork. Other staff members witnessed his attitude and apologised to me after but there no wonder he is a night manager. It might be better if he wasn’t affiliated with the hotel at all as it left a bitter taste in my mouth."

"We had an excellent stay and gladly gave this hotel the highest rating. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Free parking right next to the hotel was a big plus. We also loved the stylish black-and-white design, which perfectly matched our taste. The hotel is located a little outside Bologna’s main attractions, but with a car that wasn’t a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again."
