Alors j'ai essayé de communiquer par texte avec votre service à la clientèle mais c'est très frustrant de ne pas pouvoir parler avec quelqu'un. Finalement, le propriétaire a reservé une chambre avec une autre compagnie. Je ne jamais compris qui a été rn faute mais une hosd est sûre: ma chambre avait été reservé et payée depuis juin.
