Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The sit-down customized breakfast was wonderful, and the next day they gave us a to-go breakfast because we needed to depart very early. The folks at the concierge desk were very, very helpful. They drew on a map the places that we could explore nearby. They arranged a driver for us for an excursion: the driver drove us to a site and waited for us as we visited the site, and then took us to the next site and waited for us, and drove us some more - it was great. Later that day, the concierge helped us out of a jam. We were stranded at the beach, and she arranged for a taxi to get us back to the hotel, at a much cheaper rate than other options. They spoke to the drivers in Italian for us. Palermo is a little gritty (but with an infectious energy), and this hotel was definitely not gritty. It is luxury - very clean, with modern decor. The room was very comfortable."

"The room itself was very nice. It was extremely confusing on how to find it. You had to park blocks away but then they did have someone retrieve our vehicle"

Porta di Castro Hotel & Spa

Porta di Castro Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"What an amazing little gem of a hotel this is! We arrived and were greeted by the owner who assisted us with getting out bags out of the car and then drove the car to its parking spot for the duration of our stay. The rest of the staff were equally amazing - kind, generous and helpful! When we arrived they gave us a delicious welcome with pastries, and each time we returned from the scorching 99 degree heat, we were each handed a cold bottle of water. The breakfast spread was 10/10 amazing, plentiful and delicious. The hotel is walking distance from the Cathedral, Quatro Canti, the Ballaro market and Norman Palace which were some of the only sights we visited during the day because of the heat. The small private pool was the perfect way to cool down after a few sweltering hours sight seeing. Around the corner is the perfect Salumaria where we purchased sandwiches, salads, drinks and cookies to enjoy poolside. I highly recommend this hotel and thank you for a wonderful, if short stay."

Hotel del Centro

Hotel del Centro

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."
