Nice hotel
We really enjoyed our stay- hotel location and staff were excellent and my comments below didn’t spoil the experience but I thought I’d mention them. We stayed early October and I think the hotel showed signs of wear and tear from the holiday season. It didn’t really detract from our enjoyment but there were for instance lots of stains on the corridor and room carpets, the dining chairs were well used so you would sink into them- not easy to eat from a low position. Shower cubicle had mildew and room furniture showed signs of damage, chipped tables, cupboard doors and stains on chairs etc. I would have liked there to be power to sockets once I left the room. I appreciate the eco friendly aspect to conserve energy but I had numerous devices which needed charging - phone, tablet, garmin and watch - but could only charge whilst I was in there and I only had two chargers.

Very nice property on the water! Nice, friendly staff, great food! Need to upgrade or remove the carpets in the hallways and room in my view. Very dated and old. Otherwise great experience.

The staff was amazing! We had no luggage the whole stay and the staff helped make calls to the airlines. They were very accommodating and helpful. Great location right by the beach! Great place to stay! We will definitely come back!

Great location, staff and the whole experience. Food is delicious. Secure parking is block away and easily accessible. Only a couple recommendations for improvements, one is to limit ocean front bar lounge music to 12am instead of 1am. You can hear the beat in the ocean front suite we stayed. Can be pretty annoying to some sensitive guests. Second, either use some special chemical to remove make up and oil stains from bathroom countertop or replace it with something that doesn’t absorb it so easily. Existing one is made out of cheap white formica. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Almost everything about this hotel was wonderful. However, we booked a seafront room with balcony so that we could hear the waves especially when falling asleep. Instead, despite the nice weather, we were unable to leave the windows open because they played loud techno music nonstop from 7 am until 1 am. It was unrelenting. Dinner and relaxing around the bar were all marred by this music. Super good food, nice location, excellent staff. Would NEVER stay there again.

Initially, it seemed good, but our stay was disappointing. The restaurant and other services are poor. The pictures in Hotels.com are not matching the reality. For instance, the pool area and most importantly, the reception are different. In fact, the reception area is scary, especially the sculptures, and inappropriate for families (pictures). The shower in the room wasn't convenient and not working properly. ... And finally, a hotel representative opened our room door with a masterkey at 4 am, while my family was sleeping, and entered the room to fix something in the bathroom. No kidding: I'm serious.

We really enjoyed staying here! Wonderful beach, great breakfasts, great evening outside bar with very talented singers. Rooms were nice, terrace was delightful, really enjoyed rooftop deck. Adria at the front desk made it exceptional from the moment we checked in!

Great base location for a cycling vacation
We enjoyed staying there as are base for a cycling vacation. The buffet breakfast was great, of course, since we would be burning several thousand calories each day. Drinks by the beach were nice. We had a meal there one night. It was fine. Nearby restaurants are good too. The elevator was too small for our tandem bicycle but we just carried it up the stairwell.

Hotel was very good, nice and fresh with good breakfast. We would stay there again, but had one big complaint about the housekeeping, the empty soap/shampoo bottles in our room was not replaced, I complained about this and got a few replacements that evening, the following day same story!!! Is it hotel policy to only replace these items when new guest come to the room? we stayed for 6 nights.

Relaxing hotel
Nice hotel located next to the beach and minutes away from various restaurants, bars and shops. If you don't fancy the beach then relax on the roof top sun terrace and cool off in the pool.

Worst hotel experience ever.
This hotel was beautiful but I would discourage anyone from staying here unless you are deaf. The Bar downstair start playing disgusting techno music at blaring intensity from 4pm until closing at 1:15 am. We had requested quiet room but were never notified that no attempt would be made to accomodate. No manager was available to assist and we were penalized 2 nights stay because we checked out early.
