I stayed for four days I have asked for some fresh towel. They never provided. They were asking me there is gonna be additional charge for that. Like I said, I don’t get to see anyone working at this property."

"The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst all of the staff were great one member of staff deserves a special mention, Ivo was so helpful and he also organised and surprised us with a special cake for my friends birthday. Ivo was amazing. "

"Stunning property! We arrived at Hurricane Jeri excited to check in, and they kindly upgraded us to their property Villa Mandi and it was incredibly beautiful, private and the staff were amazing (especially Andressa, the cleaning staff, and Eduardo who made the BEST caipirinhas!) We were able to use the facilities of both properties which were beside eachother. We will definitely be back soon. "
