"The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the old town but I felt safe walking home even in the dark. The hotel felt safe too with secure entry to the floors with rooms. The room was big with a really comfortable bed and a window that opened. It was really clean and had a free minibar replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a delicious raspberry granola and loads of choice for breads, cheeses, hams, etc. The restaurant was OK but very busy, you really need to pre book. The staff I dealt with were all very nice and helpful too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"The staff were fabulous; they could not do enough for us and were super helpful! We had a lovely time during our stay. One suggestion would be to have som e USB charge points in the hotel or rooms but apart from that, this is a great hotel!"

"If “deluxe” is defined by cramped, noisy, ill fitted and the smell of sewage then you won’t be disappointed as we were. The bathroom smell was unbearable. The odor of city sewage was coming through either the sink or the shower. The room was tiny and was very loud. The security was dependent on people not opening doors, so we didn’t feel safe at all. Nowhere in the ad did it mention that the apartments are shared by a hostel so that was a surprise to us! It also failed to mention that there was no elevator - and it was a long, curved staircase two floors up! Our large luggage was a big problem here, especially as we are seniors! We were happy that there was air conditioning in the unit that worked well. We were overall disappointed and would not recommend this property."
