8.8/10 Excellent! (11,065 reviews)
We expected more from this hotel. The room and the view from the balcony spoke for itself, very glam and enjoyable, but the customer service overall was not good. At check in, hardly any information was provided. The reception desk staff on three occasions were not welcoming, quite robotic and not helpful. Clearer communication and more friendly service is needed. We won’t be staying here again.

7.8/10 Good! (962 reviews)
Perfect Inn for our last night in Italy! The Inn is only 3 miles from the airport. We got off our cruise and arrived early but, were able to store our luggage for 2 euros per bag.
The staff was very helpful with transportation. We decided to tour Rome on our last day and the staff helped coordinate our taxis. We were so glad that we did…Rome is amazing!!
Also, we had to leave very early for our flight (around 4am.) and the staff booked a driver for us !!
