"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

"Great family run hotel with fabulous views from your bedroom balcony. One street back from the road, so its super quiet. Parking directly in front of hotel, which is a huge bonus in Crans.
The staff are really helpful and breakfast is excellent. Easy walk to all restaurants and hotel has a super restaurant Only stayed for 2 nights and no hesitation to go back when in the area. "
