The Hotel is in a quiet area with not much around but that's what we wanted its a nice walk along the coastal path to the nearest resort, the Hotel apartments are just fine clean and well laid out, the pool is just outside next to the outside bar, the Staff in the Hotel are all very polite and most helpful, the restaurant food in the hotel is nothing special but you can get as much as you like.
if you are not all inclusive or BB the prices are very reasonable breakfast is 4 euro, and evening...

We only booked last minute but it was more than we expected....not far from airport, quick efficient service when we arrived. Apartment was amazing, very clean everything available, beautiful view from the room, private pool, if your looking for a luxury, laid back, quiet holiday then this is the place. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. Bear in mind that the door opens onto your position and the hotel is all open plan onto the road. So it was a bit weird opening your patio door open whilst others pass by your room!

I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.
