The desk clerk was rude, gave me two keys to one room when I had paid for two, and only one non-smoking room was available. The smoking room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Theodore’s terrible. The coffee pot in the bin-smoking room didn’t work. This was a horrible experience. I don’t expect this ...
