"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "We did not receive a check-in link for the hotel and it took us a long time to get in and they charged us for same day check-in. No live support. Also, there was no staff to refill Toilet paper and soap. Very basic accommodations. AC did work well though."
