We didn’t like we had to wait exactly for check in without front desk checking to see if one was available, it was only an hour early. We understand rules but they could have checked. No big deal really. We enjoyed our time at the Kansas Crossing and our overall experience with the hotel was very good. "

Each time we left and returned the room had been serviced and bathroom restocked, bed made nice and the place always had a "feeling of comfort", like a oasis away from home. When my door card stopped working the front desk was very courteous and helped reprogram it. Overall, my stay was very pleasing, I would recommend Hotel 8 to anyone wanting a pleasant stay and good entertainment as well.Very pleased. 😊"
