I was there about 30 minutes and had a family emergency come up that i had leave and check out. Property manager WOULD NOT refund any of my payment. Bad business practice. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Comfy bed and a big deep tub. The remote had a big wad of claim stuck underneath it (housekeeping should have caught that).. 1 bed had simply been made after the previous users. Tissues were out but the biggest issue THE AC DIDNT WORK! Sleeping in a 73° room wasn't fun and we didn't call front desk cause we needed sleep. Not moving rooms or workers in and out fixing air.

Liked the hassle-free check-in experience and the staff reception in general. The curtains in our room did not close fully and there was light on my eyes from the street lamp throughout the night.

We were on the end room downstairs, exterior door did not latch, anyone could get into hallway without card. Many people were hanging around area when we came in. Breakfast consisted of a few cheap bagels and muffins, 4 choices of cold cereal and pre-packaged bulk previously frozen pancakes and sausage muffins. No yogurt, toast,fruit.

Our room was cleaned 3 out of the 5 days we were there. Also we had contacted them 4 days in advance of.our arrival about shipping a package to.them. W e could have sent.it.to a different address but they said they would accept it so we sent.it there. When we arrived late friday night we were informed they refused it and sent it.back to the sender. We were able to get.it.on monday but it entailed many hours of phone calls and travel to a different city.

When we arrived there was a police car in the parking lot, which gave me an odd feeling. The rooms where out dated, my sisters room carpet patches where missing. There was supposed to be a complementary breakfast which you would think there would have been a variety of things to choose from like the rest of the hotels that offer it and the only thing that was available was cereal. It did not feel very kid friendly and there was only one receptionist, so if you needed anything sometimes you have to wait for them to come back. I would recommend if you have no kids and need a quick rest stop.

Basic Room…very noisy…torn carpet …killed two roaches in the bathroom…breakfast was cold cereal -microwave biscuits but there were none ….desk person could answer no questions about the area since he said he has just moved to the location…went back to the desk for a blanket no one was there called no one answered…not a what I expected for hotel by Wyndham…glad we were only in town for one night !!

Cheapest night, so not expecting much, but clean and comfortable. I stayed in other Microtel hotels 5-6 years ago, and stopped because they were not on par. This was fine.

We were given a room for wheelchair visitors. People fighting and screaming. Have stayed there 3-4 times. Each time getting worse. Never ever again!! someone is travelling by car over several days, they just want a nice clean and quiet room. Stay away. Fro t desk very very rude.

The pictures looked great! The reviews were solid! The reality couldn’t have been more different. Not sure when these pictures were taken, but they don’t even come close to the reality of staying here in person. I don’t know where to begin…dirty floors, disgusting elevator, worn ragged carpets and furniture, MULTIPLE burnt out mismatched LED bulbs, furnishings falling apart, dust everywhere but the obvious places to clean, shower curtain rod falling off the walls, poorly patched holes in the walls, worn dirty walls needing paint touch up, artwork so generic, old, and worn that the screws on it are rusty and leaching into the plastic cover. The ONLY positive thing I could say is that at least the bed linen was clean, bath towels were new and there were no bed bugs. I should have known the price point was too good to be true…but the pictures and ratings looked so positive. Not worth the savings. Go ANYWHERE else, because if you’re traveling with your significant other, they’ll make you go somewhere else anyway.

The person who checked us in was ok. I had to go to the front several times during my stay and the other staff was always in the room behind the desk, on their phone and you had to get their attention. If you are working the front desk, you should pay attention. I asked for a washcloth (1 additional) and was told they didn't have any extra. The elevator has an unpleasant odor and looked as though it is never cleaned or wiped down. It makes concerning mechanical noises when in use- grinding noise and seems to pause in unusual spots as you go up. The room was not good. Everything looked very worn and the carpet was dirty. Water spots on the ceiling and a spot on the wall that looked like a burn mark that was painted over. The beside tables had bubbling and chips out of the finish. The bathroom was ok. The curtain was bit weird and didn't want to stay closed. The tub make creaking sounds when showering. The toilet was very short and looked like a kids potty and I was afraid it wasn't going to flush properly. The toilet paper was single ply and scratchy so I grabbed a pack in town. The parking lot seems small compared to the number of rooms they had. One of the hallway doors was propped open at night. I reported it to the desk and they didn't seem to care so I didn't feel safe. I think the property has potentional and could be a lot better, but this particular location seems to have many issues and I think staff/management doesn't care.

The first room we were shown had bed bugs in the mattresses. The continental breakfast was nothing to brag about. We had the keep activating our room keys every day although they knew we were going to be there 5 days. Office personnel was scarce.

Didn’t feel clean but was just ok. Had a large deposit that was not mentioned before I booked. Just didn’t feel very safe and floors were so dirty scared to walk bare foot

It was nice enough . Few patches of spackle that needed painted , trim on can light missing,but other that that room was clean. Bathtub wasn’t anchored when you’re in it , it moves around and.
