"Where do I start… there no keys so I had to be let in to my room. The towels were brown, the water was brown the heat/ ac worked well but it was pushing out idk if it was moldy air or just smoke fumes from another room. I honestly didn’t sleep due to the door rattling I kept thinking someone was trying to come in. The people working the front desk were nice. But this place definitely looks like it came out of an episode of law and order SVU. Women traveling alone I would NOT suggest at all. You’re better off sleeping in a buccees parking lot."

"The staff was disinterested that we were there. I could’ve received a warmer reception if the check-in process were automated. I asked for restaurant recommendations and she said that she didn’t have any and that several other guests had asked the same thing. We walked by the front desk six times and were never once acknowledged/greeted by the staff. Also, I called the front desk before departing, and it rang about 25 times with no answer. Front desk was unprofessional all weekend; one was dressed in a hoodie and sweatpants all weekend. This was unlike any other Comfort Inn I have stayed at. Rooms were small and overpriced as well. The perimeter exits were inaccessible with the room key. Being disabled, this was difficult. Overall, the experience was well below what I expect from Comfort Inn. Being clean is the only positive I can highlight. If you’re ever in Ellijay, seek accommodations elsewhere."
