"Very clean, modern hotel with a wonderful bar/restaurant connected. The staff was very friendly and provided information about the surrounding area. The complimentary custom lemonade bar, popcorn, and fresh cookies were a great add! We definitely recommend and would not think twice about booking another stay!"

"Go to the 4th floor and look out the river side windows in the large room. Then exit and go to the overlook of the Mississippi River where the suspension bridge use to go."

"Staff was super nice and helpful. It’s close to Upper Iowa University for parents visiting their kids. The hotel was well maintained in the instead and out. You feel like you are in a hotel that has been in a Hallmark movie."

"Very clean place. Beds are not that comfortable. Only negative thing is we decided to stay another night and went to front desk to add a night and the price had more than doubled! I would stay here again I would just make sure of my dated."

"Were there a couple of packaged napkin/plastic silverware? If so, we didn’t see them. A “reading lamp” of some type near a chair would be good. And ONE brighter bulb of the 3 overhead in bathroom would have been helpful."

"The check in was strange. It’s “no contact” so there is no staff on sight. We arrived at 7pm and the place was completely deserted, which was unnerving. We got into our room with a code for the door. The room was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom is small but, the view was pretty and being the only ones at the hotel, we sat outside and played our guitars under the stars and enjoyed ourselves very much."
