The resort itself was nice and the mineral therapy pool with cold plunge was amazing and next time I would just buy the guest day pass for the pool instead of staying at the resort because although the pool area closes at 9pm, the community fire pit area does not close and so until after midnight people are there in the middle of the resort playing music, laughing and talking loudly. If you’re a late night person, that would probably be great, but if you get up in the early morning hours and go hiking the area, it’s very difficult to get enough sleep with everyone making so much noise through the night. Would have loved to just heard the lovely sound of crickets and frogs in the peaceful surroundings.

Staff was friendly, good view, just you pay for the bathtub and any extra service you would like. The only restaurant around is the Elk Ridge so be prepared for that. Room was good and clean.

We had a great time. We had a pet friendly room and it was so convenient to take the dog out through the back gate in our room. The hot tub was great right outside our back door. I had my grandkids with me and there’s not much for them to do here as the pool is 18 and over because of the temperature. We turned down our hot tub and our granddaughter “swam” for hours while we relaxed and visited. It was great

My husband and I booked a night here on our way to the coast. Our daughter found this place (as it was about 1/2 way to our destination). We wish we would have booked our entire vacation here! The views were beautiful. The entire facility was amazing. The mineral soaks were so relaxing. My husband and I spent the evening visiting with other guests at a firepit on the grounds. And in the morning, I had a soak, wrap, and massage. Absolutely wonderful experience here! We're already planning a trip back!

I was looking for a hotel to stay overnight for work near Stevenson and White Salmon. It was just a little more expensive than the scary options but it offered a very comfortable stay in a nice hotel. It also had the some neat options related to the hot springs that I was not able to take advantage of (didn’t pack my swim trunks). The only downside is there are not a lot of options outside the hotel within walking distance (Stevenson is about 10 minutes away and there are a few options closer in Carson). Overall, as long as you plan for it, this is a fantastic hotel to stay at if you need to work or have fun in the Gorge.

The hot springs were hot. Not very well setup for the physically challenged but if you don’t have problems in that area then this place is great. Lots of hot natural spring water and the help is great. Always a clean towel to use. My wife has some mobility issues so that was the only reason some of my scores were low.

We loved our stay at Carson and our dips in the warm mineral pool. The property features beautiful forest ravine views. The nearby golf-related restaurant has wonderful food and excellent service. Even on rainy weekend our stay was marvelously refreshing.

Loved this place. So relaxing and surrounded by beautiful nature. Loved taking a look at some of the historical books. Highly recommend talking with the staff about the history of this fascinating, historic hotel. The staff were also flexible, kind and made you feel comfortable. Clean, comfortable rooms. An amazing place!

This was an emergency one night stop. We are not hot springs people. If you are, it would be an amazing retreat. Buildings are old and very quaint. The staff was amazing. It was clean and quiet.

The Hot Springs were wonderful and the rooms and hot tub clean. The bath house and lobby area need to be remodel. But it seems the building is being remodeled in phases so hopefully next time I am there it will be finished. Food at the golf course was great.
