We had an excellent stay for 4 nights! Everyone at front desk and housekeeping are v polite and made us feel at home. We liked the streaming music in the lobby. One of the nothing to find to complain stay!! Wish they have a chain of their hotel 😊

Great service! Great location! Only knock was the renovations but it wasn’t a big issue. Only realized because of the posted signs, and almost tripping on carpet.

Property was nice. We stayed 5 days. No room service. On the 2nd day we asked. They said every 3 days. Nope. Ran out of soap and shampoo ( conditioner not provided). Beds very comfortable. Safe neighborhood. Great parking. Breakfast I would consider more “grab and go” fruit, toast, oatmeal. Lobby very clean. Staff very friendly. I would stay here again

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We felt immediately comfortable. The hotel is a little older but well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

First time staying at the Hardman House. Initially selected the Inn for its location. The front desk reception was most pleasant, not to mention the late night beverages in the lobby.

Outdated decor but for the price it was a good deal. I got the 1 bedroom King which was super spacious. The front desk staff is nice and there was a small to go breakfast provided and wine in the evening.

Even though the air conditioning was not working when we got there I still gave them 5 stars. The staff was honestly incredible. We were in town for a wedding and arrived late because our flight was delayed. We were feeling rushed trying to check but both employees were empathetic and efficient. The room was clean, the beds super comfy and they gave us extra fans to help keep cool. It’s walking distance of the Nugget casino and restaurants too. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds were comfy & property was clean. Definitely an old property in need of uodates though. Bathroom ceiling had a poor patch job & very low shower heads. Plenty of hot water & water pressure though. Would stay here again.

Horrible experience.
Horrible to stay at Hardman. It's a very old hotel in a non renovated state. All carpets, appliances, everything is age old. Additionally it's in downtown, so you have problem with junkies. your car is not safe even in the parking. Someone scratched my car looking at alarm system in my car. Stay Away!

The staff was amazing, the lobby and surrounding property was clean and nice. We got in late, got to our room, and went straight to bed. In the morning we found someone else’s blood on the comforter that we had just slept with. In the bathroom, a huge dirty mark was there both days (even after house keeping came). This hotel is also not for you if you ascent sensitive. I had an allergic reaction to their floral scented cleaning product that smelled like it was dumped on the carpet (which was coated with stains). Expedia reached out to the hotel for me about a refund, and it was denied by management. I even provided the photos. I wanted to love it, I Realt did. But the management didn’t do the right thing. Blood on a bedspread….you don’t come back from that one.
