No aircondition, my children where itchy every morning when they woke up , the kitchen cupboard where dirty and the carpets very dirty . Everything outdated .

Great amenities

Main beach location, one street back from the beach. We were on level 3 and still had a view of the ocean. Apartment has everything you need. Subway and 7/11 next door to apartments. Friendly staff, great knowledge of local area.

The hotel amenities were pretty good, we enjoyed the pool and sauna. However, check-in time was not very flexible, and it was a bit hard to contact reception during their non-business hours, as they are open only 1 hour on Sunday and all the calls were directed to their voicemail saying that they would respond during their business hour (which would be the second day). Our room didn't have AC, and the first night was abnormally hot and humid, so quite uncomfortable for the 4 of us. They did explained the second day that higher levels have the ocean views but no AC, and kindly offered us relocation, although we rejected due to having 6 open luggages in the room and we were only staying for 1 more night. We mentioned to the reception that there might be black mold on the windows, they said it should be from errosion from sea salt. Overall, it was a good experience.

I loved watching the whales from my balcony every morning. The property was across the road from the beach, an easy walk to shops and restaurants and enjoyed quick and easy access to the roads to the theme parks. Our unit was modern and spacious with all the expected mod cons like underground secure parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer plus unexpected "treats" like board games and buckets & spades for the kids. The only small disappointment was the internet - which, although unlimited, was slow and only reliably available in the lounge room.

住宿內提供的設施很完善也很乾淨，床也很舒服，有提供洗衣機烘衣機，洗碗機還有咖啡機。客廳的影音設備很棒，客廳有冷氣，房間內沒有冷氣有提供吊扇，不過夜晚不會太熱。也有提供桌遊與dvd。有兩間衛浴設備，一間有提供浴缸。距離海灘很近，附近的景點也很美。因為我們這次訂房比較倉促，網站上訂房是海景房到現場是一樓街景房。與主人確認後是因為系統問題。建議訂房後還是需要去確認一下，以免遺憾產生。整體來說還是滿愉快。

Carrington Court Apartments

From the moment we arrived Jane and Mike did everything to make our stay the best that it could be. The unit was clean with all necessary amenities. Opposite a patrolled beach and close to a great variety of restuarants and cafes. I highly recommend these apartments.

Nice apartment close to beach and restaurants

Nice apartment, only dissapointment was that I specifically booked an ocean view and was given a level 1 apartment with street view.

Very comfortable apartment, close to beach.

Charming and informative managers. Great location. Close to beach and to Tedder Ave restaurants. Older-looking exterior but really up-to-date interior. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Gold Coast Accommodation

We arrived very early but we're greeted warmly by Jane and Mike. Our suite was wonderful facing the ocean. The suite was very clean and tidy. Jane and Mike made us feel at home and helped us to enjoy our stay in Golden Beach. We definitely recommend Carrington Court and would put it on the top of our list for any future visits.

Friendly and peaceful

Management were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful comfortable room at a nice end of the strip. Close to Tedder shopping and close enough to walk to surfers.

Loved staying here

We loved staying here, the apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It had lovely views and Mike and Jane were friendly and helpful.

beach view is unbelievable

3 week stay. The unit was very well appointed with lots of dishes, p&p, utensils, etc. Great quiet location but within walking distance to the business of Surfer's.

Quiet accommodation close to everything

Great accommodation and fantastic managers. Our room was lovely and clean, and view was spectacular. Normally not a fan of the GC, however Carrington Court is located in a quiet spot, without being out of the way. You still have quick access to all amenities, and sea world is only 5mins max away. The pool is fantastic. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning in our appartment, and no ceiling fan in the lounge area. We will def stay again!
