"Downtown Apalachicola. Could walk to anything. Property was lovely, real old Florida. We had a lovely room with a 4 poster bed and bay window. We had access to the first floor porch and my wife enjoyed reading out there on an old rocking chair. Breakfast was good and host cooked some bacon for us fresh. Love Apalachicola and would have loved to stayed in the property longer, but we were just passing through."
"The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5. "
"03/01/26: Staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate for our needs, we just use the bike. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a nice gas station with a big store close by. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and hot. The lady running the dining area was super nice and helpful! Traveled 12 hours the day we went and were able to relax and get some much needed rest.
