The most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to- beautiful relaxing amazing spa- and the food!!! And I’m so problematic with food usually but wow! Horrible horrible room! Did not clean because apparently I need to ask specialty in the reception which they did not tell me but whatever. The pillow are not humanly possible to sleep on, it’s like a brick - beside that perfect - just never agree to be in a room that is like an attics with uneven roof.

Tha castle is beautiful, like a dream. Personal was helpful and friendly. Park is magic. We enjoyed every minute.

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! The beds are comfortable, however we found the pillows to be quite soft. The hotel is quiet with great sleep quality. The water pressure is excellent and a nice shower space. WiFi is...

Highly recommended

Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

Really nice place to stay.

Great

We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. The breakfast is a feast of everything you could possibly imagine - choice and quality. The hotel itself has a very relaxed, welcoming feel with a traditional yet luxurious decor. The staff are attentive and always happy to help. The swimming pool and spa...

Good facilities and restaurant was good quality and value for money. About 15 minutes walk to the ski lift. Not much around for evening entertainment unfortunately.

Superb service. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the hotel was posted as only 18+ specially in the Spa. I was in the saunain total relax when suddenly a couple of children come up shouting and playing so in that moment it was not anymore a relaxing spa. I have to be clear that I don't have nothing against children but if they promoted a relaxing spa at least you need to consider that no minors will be allowed in the sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxing showers and meditation area.

Great hotel. Staff very warm and friendly. Very good service

A fantastic modern hotel with stylish rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing wellness centre. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The spa and wellness area was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation.

Przepiękne miejsce na wspaniały wypoczynek, relaks dobre jedzenie. Wszyscy pracownicy są bardzo mili. Spa jest wspaniałym dodatkiem do odpoczynku na koniec dnia. Polecam to miejsce.
