I do not recommend this place.

The hotel does not have porters or greeting staff. The mood of the staff is negative and they were rude with our kids. The shower sprayed the whole room and the TV was only Italian programming.

This hotel is predominantly a wedding venue. We were staying for 3 nights and saw three weddings. The room was clean but basic. We had planned to sightsee in the morning and have a rest by the pool in the afternoon. However There was no water in the pool and no sun loungers to sit on , when we asked about this the receptionist said they were painting the pool, but no one had warned us about this, and there was no apology. The only other place to sit was a central courtyard but on one of the days this was being used for a wedding. While the photos of the hotel look amazing this was not the reality. The breakfast buffet was poor with not much choice.
