"Parking was bad"

"I had a very uncomfortable stay and would not recommend this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I walked in. I reported it to the front desk and even asked about canceling my reservation, but since I booked through a third party, I was told that wasn’t an option. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The bed sheets had visible stains. Although the front desk initially claimed they were clean, once he came to the room and saw them himself, he ended up changing them—so there was clearly a problem. He also sprayed air freshener after noticing the smell, but that was only a temporary fix and didn’t address the underlying issue. Unfortunately, the towels and washcloths were also stained. Thankfully, I had brought my own, so I didn’t need to raise another complaint. Overall, this experience left me feeling like I wasted my money. I would not stay here again and would advise others to look elsewhere."

"The parking lot was FULL 2 nights out of the 4 nights that I stayed, requiring my car to be illegally parked when I arrived at night. The lot is not that big anyway. The room servant came the LAST night I was there. Someone should come on the 2nd night of a stay. I don't like to use the same towel every night. And I brought my own washcloth and the room servant took it, thinking it was theirs. I didn't know or forgot anyone was coming. I DON'T need anything replenished the day BEFORE I check out. Maybe it's their 3-night policy, which for me happened to be my last night. Other than those 3 nuisance, my stay was fine."
