"It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view."

I would highly suggest they get better wifi service because it sucked couldn't log on and it kept buffering and kicking me off. All that aside i have stayed this hotel everytime i come to Charlotte so these minor hiccups won't stop me from staying again. We had a wonderful family weekend trip"
