We had a great experience staying here! We got the king balcony ocean view room, the view was beautiful! They accommodated our baby with a travel crib in the room. We requested extra towels, when they came to drop them off they cleaned our bathroom too! It was greatly appreciated with all the sand from the beach making it into our room despite rinsing off before coming in! They are right on the beach which was a HUGE plus for us. We will be staying here again in the future!

Overall, the beach stay was nice. However, Hotel was dirty, found a lot of hair in the bathroom. The walk in shower was not clean. The mattress was stained and the pillows were too soft. Coffee in the lobby was included which was nice but it tasted like sludge. Just wish we had a cleaner room.

The property was at a great location and had great views but it wreaked of the smell of marijuana at almost every place imaginable. There were people openly smoking on balconies and at the pool.

Great location! Loved the tiki bar. Con’s: there was no hand soap in the room. 2 washcloths and 2 towels for a 2 queen room. Had to go to the front desk for wash clothes/ towels and hand soap. At that time they had no towels. Had to go back again to get towels later. No one came to our room to clean it, or provide fresh linen. Yet they left a tip envelop in the room. Safe didn’t work. Elevator broke. Overall 3 star experience
