"Property has alot of character & personality since it was a bank back in 1918, in general is good, I think the rooms need to be renovated. The restaurant is very nice & food is outstanding!! Staff everywhere is super friendly & attentive!!! "

"This hotel has an airport shuttle. It was the reason we booked this hotel because it was just an overnight stay between flights. The shuttle took maybe 30 minutes but we were in no rush. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel "
"The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable.
A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat attitude, even at the end of the night when the restaurant was closing, made our dining experience that much better.
