There was also several places on the sheet rock walls that had been patched, but not painted over. Overall, the room was okay for the price, but it’s clear that the hotel property requires a major make over. "

"The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them. "
