"Wonderful hotel perfectly located in Keswick. Great base of operations for seeing the area. No complaints at all about the property. And receptionist Matilda was incredibly kind and helpful! Thank you!"

"The location was great. The room was ok for a night However I could hear everything from the room next door and out in the hall. I think the rooms next door was worse because it appears to be a joining room. The bed was apparently a double but there is no way you could fit 2 people in there comfortably. There was quite a bit of wear and tear in the bathtub (big chips out of the enamel and the whole bathroom could do with a revamp. Breakfast was great. Bit of a downside that they don’t do dinner meals (wasted opportunity) but there is a really good whetherspoons restaurant just around the corner."

"Tea was excellent and a great variety. Service always excellent and staff friendly and accommodating. We stayed a couple of days and if back in that area I would stay at this hotel."
