"I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!"

"The room was really clean. The remote and TV system sucks. It’s ridiculously hard and the remotes are awful. There was no freezer in the fridge, but the people out the front desk were nice enough to keep my ice packs cold in their freezer. Unfortunately my smoke free room was not smoke-free and when I got home all of my clothes smelled like smoke. But they were nice enough to let me change rooms."

"The room was clean but there was a strong cleaning chemical smell inside that bothered me as I am sensitive to strong scent. They only give 1 small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. No breakfast either. It’s all good as we only needed one night stay and for that price it’s all good."
