Dans l'ensemble c'était bien. La chambre était confortable, propre. Chambre de bain, coin cuisinette et téléviseur câblé. Très tranquille.

Stay away from this hotel. Nothing worked during our brief stay… the one and only chair was falling apart and was replaced by a not much better one. The tv didn’t work at all and the bed was no more than three-quarters. You have to love your partner very much. Ann

Nobody at the reception in the early morning there was problems with the coffe machine and for me my morning coffee is very important

No reception service, clients need to call for info to check in. Process not clear. One client had difficulty finding their keys to room as it was not where it should have been. I received no number to call from Expedia for checking in. Thankfully another client was able to provide the number to me. Called and had to leave a message. No call back. Had to call them back after 30 minutes wait. The information provided by Expedia did not specify that half payment is taken immediately and the remaining is taken one week prior to arriving. Info from Expedia is that payment was only to be taken on arrival at property. Very poor customer service. Seems that owner is more interested in making money than providing good customer service. Cleaning lady however was very nice and helpful. I was happy to leave her a nice tip.

Very nice hotel. They have a shared kitchen wit a big freezer and fridges, as well with stove and kitchen utensils. Close to beach and stores.

The place was super clean and the room was big enough for us two. Big closet witch we didn’t use, but there was a sink and a mini fridge witch was great since we didn’t have to go to the big share kitchen every time ! Shower was a bit small, but alright. No AC so it was very hot in the room even with the windows open. After the rain it got better In the room with the help of the fan. The welcom was perfect and the instructions super clear ! Would recommend going :)

why the surcharge
why is this in Spanish? hotel charged me $25 extra and sent me a message in French when reservation was in English room had no hot water and only one chair which was flimsy and cheap and it broke and I almost was hurt. and the want to charge me. they should give me a refund.

Very good Stay for Carleton sur Mer
Very good Aparthotel, excellent location as it is a walking distance from main highlights of Carleton sur mer, the sea is cross the street, rooms are clean, need to work on Blackouts and soundproof of the walls, there is no AC at the room though temperature does not get hot during our stay, the bed is double not queen so it is a little bit small, the shared kitchen has all essential tools and equipment you may need to prepare ur food. People was respecting to be quiet after 11 pm. Interestingly, all communication with the reception and for check in & check out was through text msgs ! And it was so easy, simple and quick.

The property is well located with a view on the lake. But it is style auberge and you have to share the bathroom. The room is recently renovated . The people are nice.

Aucun employé sur place. La chambre était très propre et intime. Les aires communes, dont la cuisine, peu accueillantes, car on a l'impression que des gens y vivent en permanence (vaisselle ±rangée partout, garde-manger et réfrigérateurs pleins). Stationnement exigu. Très bien situé. Parfait pour un arrêt d'une nuit, nullement pour des vacances.

Buanderie, grande cuisine commune, BBQ, terrasse et salle à manger vue sur mer... nous sommes situé directment en face de la plage municipale :)

Appartement spacieux et propre mais l’entrée de la maison affreuse et sale . Nous avons eu un fumeur de cannabis sous notre balcon nous empêchant de manger à l’extérieur, sous notre appartement salle commune avec table de jeu, bruits infernal.

Points positifs : Hôtel sympathique, facile à trouver et à se garer, bonne ambiance familiale, chambre spacieuse et propre. Ménage effectué tous les jours dans les espaces communs. Points négatifs : un peu mensonger sur la cuisine, on s’attendait à une cuisine individuelle or la cuisine des photos correspond à une cuisine collective, de plus la réception n’est pas disponible tout le temps, ce qui peut être embêtant en cas de problème et/ou d’arrivée (notamment, il n’y a plus personne vers 19h/19h30 et le matin)

Sur le site de réservation, il n’est pas inscrit que les salles de bain/douche sont communes. De plus, celles-ci étaient très sales puisque des débarbouillettes plein de poils traînaient dans la douche (manque de respect par l’utilisateur précédent). De plus, la serrure de la porte de chambre étant très difficile nous avons quitté l’hôtel sans y rester pour la nuit. L’appellation de cette installation devrait être auberge plutôt qu’hôtel car ça porte à confusion…

La chambre était propre mais pas climatisation. Un petit ventilateur d’appoint et un au plafond qui faisait beaucoup de bruit, il a donc fait chaud dans la chambre car les fenêtres s’ouvrent à peine. J’ai eu la mauvaise idée de prendre une chambre avec toilette partagée au lieu de privée et elle aurait pu être rangée/nettoyée plus souvent. Sinon, c’était ok. Le staff était sympathique. Au prix que j’ai payé, je ne m’attendais pas au Ritz-Carleton-sur-Mer! 😁
