"We were disappointed with the coffee machine in our room. The quantity it makes is small and not hot.
The shower was terrible, no pressure and it was very difficult to control water temp.
Wifi was not adequate: one of our devices wouldn’t log in and it worked everywhere else."

"This hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Our granddaughters loved the heated pool. The breakfast offers a good selection. It is also in a very spacious room so it does not feel crowded.
Our room was a good size and with a microwave and fridge snacks and quick meals are possible.
We plan to return next time in Ottawa. "

"Room was clean bathroom was awesome pkus that rain shower. Breakfast was good lots of options love that waffle maker and homefries! Staff was super friendly and attentive was a very Easter Holiday weekend. We drove up from Hamilton to Ottawa so quite the several hours commute. Close enough to downtown. Food Basics around the corner. Will definitely return. Great value. "

"I did not use the gym but was very disappointed with the breakfast. I usually enjoy fruit but there was no choice other than apples. Also, weekly breakfast ended by 9:00 a.m. which was a little too early for me. Other than that I was highly satisfied."
