The hotel was in terrible shape! Half done renovations all over. The tap for the tub wouldn't stop dripping and the ac auto shut off after 10 minutes. On top of all of that they had a group of preteens running up and down the halls for over an hour and thier advise was to "deal with it"!!! Williams ...

Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village
Hotel is in a great location in Whistler Village. We didn't need the car after checking in. Everything was walkable. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Underground parking is horrendous. Parking is limited and the spaces are very small even for SUVs.

The bedding was clean. The washroom was clean. The floor was clean. The garbage was emptied. The air-conditioning was very poor and the room wouldn’t go below 25°C
